ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES: ANTECEDENTS OF WELL-BEING AT WORK FOR RURAL SUCCESSORS

ABSTRACT Purpose: This study sought to explore the relationship between well-being at work and organizational values in rural properties’ successors a cooperative system. Originality/value: Empirically, presents elements for strategic management of properties, especially challenge preparing successors. For cooperatives, it contributes towards presenting members’ policies practices. The also extends field studies on environment. Design/methodology/approach: method design adopted followed quantitative approach, with relational scope, survey type, cross-sectional. Successors representing 119 properties western Santa Catarina participated study. Questionnaires assess as constructs. descriptive, correlational statistics structural equations modeling partial least squares estimation confirm hypothesis. Findings: study’s main conclusion suggests that environment dominance autonomy are associated commitment, satisfaction, involvement
